Children’s
The Children’s Ministry is an exciting and
integral part of Southside. Through Children’s
Church, Sunday Nite Kidz, and special
activities, all children are encouraged to grow
in their relationship with Jesus Christ.

Sunday Morning – During the Worship Service
A special service for children 2 years old
through 5th grade that includes singing, Bible
stories, puppets, and more! |

Sunday Nite Kidz: |

Sunday Evening 6:00 – 7:30
An evening filled with music, puppets skits,
games, crafts, snack, and learning bout the
Bible. Sunday Nite Kidz is open to all children
age2 through 5th grade. |

Hill House and Augusta Nursing and

Sunday School

Time: Sunday Morning 9:45 – 10:30
Sunday School is a time of interactive study for
all ages. Classes are bible-centered and taught
at age appropriate levels. The curriculum is
ever-changing to meet the need of the student
and to provide new learning opportunities. The
following classes are offered:
Adult
Middle School
Teen
Juniors
Early Elementary
Nursery is available |

Senior Saints
|
| |
The Senior Saints is a ministry offered to all
those age 50 and over. The group has just been
organized, but has already enjoyed an outing at
the Peaks of Otter and lunch after Sunday
morning worship. They are also looking at
starting an ongoing outreach program in the
coming year.
The Senior Saints meet the first and third
Wednesday of each month for Coffee with the
Pastor. During this time of fellowship, the
Seniors help with projects in the church and
enjoy refreshments. Other activities are offered
throughout the year, including state and
regional events. |

At Southside, our goal is to help reach the
world with the gospel of Christ. One way that we
strive to accomplish this tack, is through
supporting various ministries across the world.
We currently support the following:

Locally, we support the Valley Mission in
Staunton and our local Christian radio station,
